(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Chace Crawford says he became "good friends" with Elizabeth Olsen while filming their new movie Peace, Love & Misunderstanding.

The Gossip Girl star revealed that working on the film was a delight but he had to juggle it with his TV show commitments.

Chace told OK! magazine that he now has a soft spot for Elizabeth and gushed about her talent.

"Lizzie was awesome," he told the publication. "I feel kind of special because it was her first thing ever, behind the camera I mean. She had done a lot of theater at NYU. But, she had taken off I guess and we became good friends."

"It was one of those things, I didn't have any expectations. She's super talented. Then we would go back and have wine and talk about scripts."

Chace described his experience on the movie set as "like a paid vacation" because he loved it so much and would go and film at weekends after shooting Gossip Girl in New York. (C) Cover Media
