(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Charlotte Church was upset when Britney Spears ignored her at a party in Los Angeles.

The 24-year-old has enjoyed a hugely successful career, having risen to fame as a classical singer when she was a child.

The talented musician has revealed how she was once informed that 29-year-old pop star Britney was a big fan of hers, so she went to say hello when they were attending the same showbiz party.

Having heard that Britney was an admirer, Charlotte was baffled when the songstress didnt even acknowledge her greeting. The star even went so far as to joke that Britney had made her feel like an obsessed fan.

Her PA came over and said, Oh Charlotte, Britneys a really big fan of yours. If you wouldnt mind going over and saying hi, shed be so pleased to see you, Charlotte is quoted as saying by British newspaper The Daily Mirror.

So I went over, and she just said hi and carried on talking to her friends leaving me there like I was some sort of stalker.

Charlotte has been dishing the dirt on more of her fellow celebrities, recalling a moment where she tried to interview Canadian singer Avril Lavigne. According to Charlotte, Avril behaved like a spoilt kid during their meeting. (C) Cover Media
