(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Reality star Jayde Nicole has warned Crystal Harris not to pick a fight with ex-fianc Hugh Hefner.

Jayde, who has graced the pages of Playboy magazine in the past, has jumped to the jilted publisher's defence after his runaway bride insulted his sexual prowess in a TV interview.

The brunette beauty hinted that the 85-year-old is not to be messed with and said she was surprised at his strong reaction to the negative comments.

"Hef doesn't usually react to things so it must have been really bad for him to take to Twitter in attack mode," she told E! Online. "You don't want to pick a fight with Hef, he's not someone you want to go up against."

Crystal, who dumped Hugh just days before they were due to get married, issued a semi-apology for her remarks yesterday, claiming she was scared by the interviewer and blurted out responses she hadn't thought through properly.

Jayde said that her apology was a sensible move, but added that she wouldn't find it surprising if Crystal was feeling overwhelmed by her life as a Playboy Bunny.

"I don't know if she means it or not but it was definitely smart to do. I think Crystal is a smart enough girl to know when it is appropriate," she said.

"Anyone who first moves to L.A. and gets involved in the Playboy lifestyle, it's very overwhelming. I think sometimes it can get the better of you but she's happy now." (C) Cover Media
