Ranbir Kapoor has been one dutiful son who swears by his superstar parents Rishi Kapoor and Neetu Kapoor’s advice, teachings and guidelines. Be it films or personal life, it has been observed that Ranbir never takes any major step without their consent.

And now, he recently revealed how his parents have different opinions about his work. Ranbir stated that both his parents have different critical view to analyze his work in his films. According to Ranbir, father Rishi Kapoor has  always been critical about his work. Ranbir says, even though his films have been more or less successful, his father always pin points his mistakes in the films even if others find it good. He further added that Rishi Kapoor never considers the fact that Ranbir is his son and gives out honest reviews about Ranbir's work.

Hence, Ranbir fears to show his father any of his films but he always respects his reviews and has observed that his criticism often helps Ranbir to improve.

Talking about his mother Neetu, he says that being the loving mother she is the biggest fan of his work and loves all his work no matter what.
