Dannii Minogue plays fashion too safe

5th December 2010

(Cover) - EN Star Style - Dannii Minogue can be too safe with her fashion choices, says her clothing label partner.

The Australian star runs her Project D company with friend Tabitha Somerset Webb. Tabitha likes to take risks when it comes to clothes, and encourages Dannii to do the same.

My contribution to Danniis look is pushing her that bit further, Tabitha explained. She can be way too safe. Ill make her wear a pink pebble print that shell howl at but then fall in love with.

As well as designing clothes, Dannii is a judge on British talent contest The X Factor and also has five-month-old son Ethan with her partner Kris Smith. She loves being busy, and is enjoying the different aspects of her life. She particularly likes it because it means she can wear different outfits at different times, and not feel bad for not being dressed up all the time.

On stage its great because I get to look grown-up and glamorous. I do feel very grown-up, which I should because I am 39. Off stage its a very different story, she laughed to Grazia magazine. I spend exactly half my life in trackies and T-shirts, covered in baby goo, but I am careful not to get photographed in my mummy Dannii look as its not glamorous. Ive also knocked little mini-skirts on the head for the same reason. (C) Cover Media
