The former model is now a successful TV presenter and style icon. Despite her love of fashion and time spent working in the industry Alexa still has problems applying make-up, and there are some things she just refuses to go near.

Um, Ive been taught how to mix a nice lip colour, she said. And, recently, Ive got into single eyelashes. I can just about manage them but Im bad at strips.

Despite her sense of style being praised, Alexa insists she never puts much effort into her outfits. She tends to rotate the same pieces, and thinks its all about mixing and matching to achieve a special look.

She also likes experimenting with accessories, which she thinks can really update an outfit.

I generally wear the same sort of ten items, on rotation, she said. Top, Chanel pumps, these shoes [Vivienne Westwood], leather jacket, navy blue pea coat. Everyones going to suss it out soon. (C) Cover Media
