(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Demi Moore is reportedly "completely torn" about reuniting with Ashton Kutcher.

The Hollywood pair split last year after rumors Ashton had cheated on the actress on their six-year anniversary. There have been reports since their messy marriage break-down that a reconciliation is on the cards, however sources say Demi's not so clear cut about the situation.

"She's completely torn. Demi loves Ashton deeply but, at the same time, feels as if too much has happened for them to reconcile," a source told British magazine Closer.

"However, Ashton is convinced that deep down, Demi actually wants to give things another go."

Demi and Ashton reunited last week at the 40th birthday party of Kabbalah instructor Yehuda Berg. It's been reported since that they are on friendly terms, with Ashton keen for the pair to have joint counseling.

"They've been speaking regularly and Ashton is certain they can work it out - he says if she was so sure it was over, they'd have quickly divorced," the source continued.

"They've discussed counseling with their Kabbalah rabbi. He's someone they trust, so Ashton said it will be good for them." (C) Cover Media
