October 14, 2010 (Sampurn Wire): Bengali model Dipanjan Basak is going through the best phase of his life. This model from Kolkata has finally made it to the big platform, thanks to his good looks. Dipanjan featured in the reality show Making The Cut which is being aired on a major national music channel. After his impressive performance at the reality show, Dipanjan has been approached to audition for the post of a VJ in the same Channel.

Dipanjan explained that during the reality show, the participants were divided into two teams and each day, there was a new task. Depending on the performance in these two tasks, a male female model duo and a designer was ousted from the losing team.

Dipanjan told us that since he could not audition for the show in person, so he sent his videos to the creators of the show and got selected. Dipanjan made it to the top five in the reality TV show. Presently, Dipanjan is psyched about becoming a VJ for a major music channel of India. The Bengali model informed us that he is scheduled to visit Mumbai soon for the audition. We are sure that Dipanjan will be able to bag this lucrative job too.
