The blonde country singer is famed for her stunning good looks, and has revealed that she always makes a little bit of an effort to look good, even in her leisure time.

The 65-year-old revealed that while she enjoys taking off her extravagant stage outfits, she still wants to look attractive for husband Carl Thomas Dean.

When I home I do kick back, I do wash my face now and then, I do hang my hair on a lampshade now and then, she told British TV show Lorraine.

But even when I am dressed down I do like to put on a little bit of make-up, I dont like to look like a slouch for my husband.

Dolly, who often dons low-cut tops and revealing dresses, also revealed what inspired her sexy style. She says that as a youngster she was always inspired by a good-looking woman in her neighbourhood who wore raunchy outfits.

I took my look from the town tramp, when I was a kid there was a woman who used to walk the streets and everyone said she was beautiful, Dolly revealed. People would see her and say, She is just trash and I would think, That is what I am going to be when I grow up! (C) Cover Media
