(Cover) - EN Star Style - Elle Fanning is "obsessed" with Marilyn Monroe's style.

The 13-year-old American actress, who is famed for her roles in Phoebe in Wonderland and Somewhere, likes to be inspired by a range of fashionable women when it comes to style inspiration.

The star, who is the younger sister of Dakota Fanning, has revealed iconic Marilyn Monroe is one of her ultimate style heroes, but she gets her day-to-day ideas from British model-and-TV-star Alexa Chung.

"I've always been obsessed with Marilyn Monroe and her 50s style. And Alexa Chung is my style icon," she told People magazine.

Elle, who says she is "inspired by Twiggy right now", has been a fashion fan from a young age. The young star explained when it comes to shopping, she loves vintage buys.

"I've always loved fashion ever since I was really, really little," she confessed. "I shop vintage all the time." (C) Cover Media
