(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Ellen DeGeneres says shes grateful for the amazing life shes enjoying.

The American star rose to worldwide fame during her own self-titled sitcom in the 90s and has gone on to front a talk show. She has also done movie work and provided the voice of Dory in successful animated film Finding Nemo in 2003.

Now Ellen has had a chance to look back on 2010 and says she is content to have a great career, which is helped by those who support it.

"I'm thankful for this amazing show and this amazing life that I have," the 52-year-old told Extra. "And this amazing audience that comes here and fills up this [studio]!"

Ellen will continue to work hard into the New Year because she is passionate about her job. The talented presenter says there may well be a surprise in store for viewers who will see her being more energetic.

"I don't know. I will probably dance and hopefully have more fun and just try to enjoy every single day, that's all we do every day, she said when asked what 2011 has in store. (C) Cover Media
