(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Emma Roberts insists her Hollywood success isn't down to her movie star aunt Julia Roberts.
The 20-year-old, whose father is the actor Eric Roberts, has rubbished claims that she has benefited from her famous family members.
The stunning star is frustrated by the accusations and insists she has auditioned for parts just as much as other struggling actresses in the industry.
"A lot of people think that, and they talk about nepotism which I think is so ridiculous considering it's obviously not true; because I've auditioned for so many things and never gotten the part," she said in an interview with PopEater. "Also it's like, you know, maybe someone can get you one part, but they can't really get you ten parts."
Emma appeared in 2010 romantic comedy Valentine's Day with her Oscar-winning aunt. The star says she would be thrilled to co-star alongside Julia again.
"I would love to!" she added. "I think it would be really fun for us."
Emma doesn't feel the need to compete with Julia's impressive film rsum. She has previously insisted that although she "admires" her work, she is keen not to purposely emulate her aunt's success.
"I'm just doing my own thing," she told Us Weekly in March. "I don't really compare it to what my aunt does, but I do admire her and love all her movies." (C) Cover Media
