(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Emma Watson is set to enrol at a prestigious university in England.

The actress became a student at Brown University in Providence, Rhode Island, in 2009 and revealed she wanted a normal experience away from the public spotlight. However, in April it was announced Emma has decided to take a break from studying and will look for a new place to finish her education this autumn. It has now been reported the 21-year-old star will study English at Oxford University and will join the prestigious Worcester College.

Emma has lived in Oxfordshire since she was five and is expected to commence her course in October, reports British newspaper The Daily Mirror.

A few months ago she revealed she had left the Ivy League college because she had "decided to pursue a different course which sadly Brown does not offer" and hoped to study at a university which was affiliated to Brown.

Brown does offer transfer programmes which allow students to spend a year at other universities, including Oxford. It is believed Emma could return to Brown for her final year of studies.

A spokesman for the actress who will soon begin promoting Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 2, the final movie in the boy wizard franchise insists Emma is yet to choose a course. "No decisions have been made yet," the representative said.

Emma was recently forced to deny rumours she had quit Brown because she was being taunted by her classmates, who would reportedly shout Harry Potter phrases at her.

"It made me so sad when this stuff came out that I left Brown because I was bullied. It made no sense at all," she said in an interview. "Even if I was being given a hard time, I wasn't going to wuss out of university because someone said wingardium leviosa' to me in a corridor.

"I was in denial. I wanted to pretend I wasn't as famous as I was." (C) Cover Media
