If you're a method actor, then you will be paying attention to the miniscule details a role has to offer and it seems like Emraan Hashmi, our very own versatile actor has been doing just that.

In his recent movie 'Rush', his character is that of a crime reporter and it is heard that the actor went out of his way to learn the actual pros and cons of reporting and media to don that role. Which means he literally studied journalism!!!

To prepare for his character, Emraan watched a lot of crime reporting news and read a lot about the same from various books and the internet. He has paid a lot of attention to a reporter's way of speaking and the words they use and emphasize on.

Emraan also met a few of the top crime reporters in town to understand how they portray themselves when in front of the media.

Along with Hashmi, this crime thriller has Sagarika Ghatge and Neha Dhupia playing important roles. The story revolves around a struggling reporter, whose life turns around when he gets a special assignment. This movie is directed by late Sharmin Desai and is slated to release by end of October.
