Halle Berry has reportedly hired a new lawyer.
The actress has three-year-old Nahla with her ex-boyfriend Gabriel Aubry and the pair are currently locked in a bitter custody dispute.
Gabriel was accused of pushing a nanny while she was holding Nahla, but wasn't charged with assault.
Halle is also alleged to be planning to leave America with Nahla, which Gabriel is unhappy about.
TMZ is now reporting the American actress is working with a new lawyer who she hopes will iron out all her issues.
"We've learned Halle has hired Stephen Kolodny, who is legendary in L.A. legal circles for the level of legal warfare she so wants," the sites reports.
Stephen and Halle have apparently already visited a court together, when Halle was requesting that Gabriel's visitations with Nahla be monitored.
Neither Halle nor her reported new legal representative was available for comment.
The star's previous attorney had worked with her for some time, helping finalise the details of her two divorces.
