It is Shah Rukh Khan's upcoming film 'Zero' directed by Aanand L Rai is just a month away from its release. The film is in the midst of a legal trouble as certain members of the Sikh community have filed a petition stating that certain scenes from the film's trailer have hurt their sentiments.

Amritpal Singh Khalsa, an advocate, had filed the petition earlier this month, seeking a direction to the film's director and producers to delete the scenes where the lead actor Khan is seen wearing a 'kirpan' (a sword or small dagger carried by Sikhs), which is only worn after conversion to Sikhism.

The Bombay High Court is set to impose its hearing on November 30 filed against actor Shah Rukh Khan and makers of the film. 

In the reference of the film's official trailer, the petition refers to the film's trailer in which Khan is seen wearing a vest and shorts, with a garland of Rs 500 notes around his neck and a 'kirpan' in gatra tied diagonally across his body. It will be interesting to see whether the High Court orders to remove particular scene from the film or it will march the decision in the favour of the makers.

'Zero' is slated for a December 21 release.
