(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Halle Berry is reportedly eager to move to France with her daughter.

The actress shares four-year-old daughter Nahla with her ex-boyfriend Canadian model Gabriel Aubry.

The star believes that her life is encroached upon way too much in Los Angeles.

Radar Online reports that following an altercation with photographers at Nahla's school this week, Halle is "more committed than ever" to relocate to the European country with her fianc Olivier Martinez.

The 45-year-old star is said to have been accosted by a pap who said "f**k off... you make millions and I have a right to make money too," after Halle objected to their presence on school grounds.

Halle retorted, "Why don't you go do an honest job and stop harassing me and my daughter?"

A school official, another parent and police soon became involved, forcing paparazzi to leave the premises and ensuring Halle and Nahla got back safely to their car.

Halle has petitioned family court to move to France with Nahla and her fianc months ago.

It may take the judge up to a year to reach a verdict on Halle's request.
