(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Halle Berry has reportedly been ordered to pay her ex-boyfriend Gabriel Aubry a substantial amount each month in child support.

The couple are parents to four-year-old daughter Nahla but have been embroiled in a bitter custody dispute and battle over Halle's desire to move to Paris with fianc Olivier Martinez.

TMZ claims that the Oscar-winning actress has been told by a judge that she needs to give Gabriel $20,000 a month in child support.

The site claims that up until now, there was never an order in place as to what the millionaire star should pay her former lover.

They are said to be still battling over the Canadian model's desire to have their daughter reside in the U.S. and not in Europe.

Child custody investigators have recently conducted an investigation on how the relocation would impact Nahla.

"The report concluded that Gabriel's relationship with Nahla would clearly change drastically if she moves to France," a source told RadarOnline.com.

"Gabriel plays a very active role in Nahla's life and has been a doting and loving father and that would obviously change if she moved to France." (C) Cover Media
