Actor turned filmmaker Arbaaz Khan turns 48 today. Born to Salim Khan and Sushila Charak, he too stepped into Bollywood following his elder brother Salman Khan's footsteps.
Arbaaz debuted in 1996 with 'Daraar' and swept away a prestigious Filmfare Award for his best performance in the negative category. However, the actor was gradually seen in supporting roles in many major films, till the time when he decided to go behind the camera.
And guess what! There too he has tasted glory. Making his production debut with Salman Khan starrer 'Dabangg' made him the most bankable filmmaker in town. Released in 2010 the film won 7 awards and broke all the box office records.
Soon followed a sequel of this megahit titled 'Dabangg 2' which marked his directorial debut and was highly successful at the box office.
