(Cover) - EN Star Style - Hayley Atwell didn't have time to "even sniff" a donut while training for Captain America: The First Avenger.
The British actress stars as Peggy Carter in the upcoming comic book adaptation alongside Chris Evans.
The 29-year-old beauty wears curve-skimming 40s-style garb in the film, and trained hard in preparation for the action movie. Hayley finds it amusing that her character is on Dunkin' Donuts packaging in the US, despite her not being able to eat the sweet treats during filming for the role.
"I think it's going to be amazing and it's ironic because the training I did for the part meant I couldn't even sniff a Dunkin' Donut," she laughed in an interview with Stylist magazine.
Hayley has discussed her arduous training routine ahead of the highly-anticipated movie. The stunning star didn't want to cry in front of her trainer because he had no sympathy.
"I had the same trainer that Jake Gyllenhaal had for Prince Of Persia. It was hard but I never cried in front of him because I knew he'd have no time for it," she explained.
"Every time I sighed he'd go, Sorry what was that?' and I'd go, Nothing, I am strong!'"
Hayley, who plays the love interest of Captain America in the film, has previously revealed her on-screen attire perfectly complimented her curves.
"It's clothes for women, it's great. What I liked about all her costumes is that they're strong but feminine at the same time," she previously explained. (C) Cover Media
