They say that one's loss is other's gain. And recently, it turned out to be true when Bollywood actor Hrithik Roshan's lack of dates made him quit a home production, which will now have Kunal Kapoor in lead.

The talked about film is Rakesh Roshan's production venture, that will be directed by Abhinay Deo.

Abhinay, who has been friends with Hrithik, wanted to work with him for a while now.

But Hrithik had to opt out of his father's home production, as all his dates are blocked with Ashutosh Gowariker for his next, that is currently being shot in Gujarat.

However, they found a replacement in Kunal Kapoor. As the film is an action film, and the fact that Kunal is trained in kick-boxing and Kalaripayattu, made him perfect choice for the film.

Hrithik was more than happy with Kunal stepping in his shoes, as they have been good friends since childhood.
