Often starry tantrums by Bollywood stars land them in the soup. And this time, the spotlight is on Govinda yet again. The yesteryear superstar who has been infamous for arriving late on sets, was at his notorious best yet again on the sets of 'Jagga Jasoos'.

He plays father to Ranbir Kapoor who is the lead star of this detective film. Govinda had shot for some scenes already. The fact that Govinda was playing a father on-screen to Ranbir itself was big news but later came the controversy which jinxed his role in the film.

Apprehensive about his role in the film, Govinda despite of starting the shoot started interfering in the creative aspects of the film. He wanted the makers to add more layers to his role and hence wanted some changes in the script.

The interference apparently didn't go down too well with the film's creative team. The differences started showing it's effect. And now we hear that Govinda might not make it to the final cut as he is considered to be replaced by Jackie Shroff.

Though they will have to re-shoot the portions which are already shot with Govinda, the team doesn't mind re-doing the shoot. As far as the grapevine goes, it is almost decided that Jackie will indeed replace Govinda in the film.
