Ashley Olsen and Jared Leto have fuelled rumours they are dating again after they were spotted at dinner "touching each other".

The two, who are said to have been dating on-and-off since their brief romance in 2005, were seen enjoying a meal together at the Polo Lounge in Beverly Hills on Sunday night. They reportedly looked cosy as they were flirting with one another throughout the engagement.

"The pair were escorted to a reserved booth around 5pm and couldn't stop touching each other," the New York Daily News reported.

"Leto played with the twin's hair, caressed her arm and even playfully poked her with his fork."

The 30 Seconds to Mars singer was the gentleman and paid for their salads before Ashley hugged him and put her head on his lap.

Representatives for the two did not respond.

The pair last sparked reports they had rekindled their relationship when they were spotted making out in 2008.

Jared has been linked to a string of blondes including former long-term girlfriend Cameron Diaz and Scarlett Johansson, while Ashley has dated restaurant owner Scott Sartiano and cyclist Lance Armstrong.
