(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Jennifer Aniston believes people too often get "lazy and egotistic" in relationships.

The Hollywood actress is famed for her complicated love life, and is regularly the subject of media speculation regarding her romantic status.

Jennifer is currently dating actor Justin Theroux, after rumours of a romance for months. The 42-year-old star, who has dated Vince Vaughn and John Mayer in the past, believes that people get too complacent in their relationships, which leads to a breakdown of feelings.

"People forget to take care of each other and to deal with each other. They get lazy and egoistic," she explained in an interview with the German edition of OK! magazine.

Jennifer's most high-profile relationship was with Brad Pitt. They tied the knot in a private wedding ceremony in 2000, but divorced five years later amidst intense speculation that Brad had been unfaithful to her with his Mr. & Mrs. Smith co-star, Angelina Jolie.

Jennifer insists she has to properly get over the end of a relationship before she can ever move on.

"You should always resolve everything even when there is not much left to say to each other. I always want to know why a love began and why it ended," she said.
