(Cover) - EN Star Style - Jennifer Hudson says shopping is her favourite form of exercise.

The 29-year-old US songstress has been wowing fans with svelte figure recently and admits that since losing weight she has learned to embrace fashion a great deal more.

The stunning star teased that her frequent shopping trips along Chicagos swanky Michigan Avenue allow her to burn plenty of calories.

I always loved shopping but it's even more fun now. And it's great exercise. I'm power-walking on Michigan Avenue, she laughed.

Jennifer often tops compilations of the best-dressed ladies in fashion magazines, although she is quick to point out that her elegant aesthetic doesnt come easily. The organised star actually spends hours thinking over her outfit choices, and has a particular penchant for high heels.

"I was content with myself [before]," she told USA Today. "[Now] I sit up at night and figure out what I'm going to wear the next day. Before, you couldn't pay me to wear heels. Now I'm in them all the time. (C) Cover Media
