(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Jerry OConnells two-year-old twins keep saying a rude word as they havent mastered pronunciation yet.
The American actor and his wife Rebecca Romijn have girls Dolly and Charlie together, who turned two last month. Each tot has her own personality, and Jerry has been open about how hard he has found fatherhood. He wasnt prepared for his kids to be so forceful, or so ready to throw tantrums if they dont get what they want.
Dolly and Charlie are now talking, although they are still learning to put sentences together. They have problems with certain letters though, leading to much amusement for Jerry.
If they see a clock they look at it and say, Clock, but they mispronounce it. They drop the l from it, he laughed. I dont want to react because I dont want them to know its a bad word, but I want to encourage them to talk so Im like, Thats good!
Jerry has previously admitted Dolly and Charlie both hate having their hair tended to. The 36-year-old was sure it was something his daughters would grow out of, but now hes not so sure. The twins both start crying as soon as they even see a hairbrush, but Jerry always battles on regardless.
The girl thing is like, Wow, he said while on the Rachael Ray Show. Trying to comb their hair is like, Ah! Ah! Ahhhh! Im not trying to murder you, Im trying to brush your hair! (C) Cover Media
