(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Jesse Metcalfe has revealed he is involved in a "steamy love triangle" in his new television role.

The actor talked about his part in the reboot of hit US show Dallas, explaining that the pilot has just been finished.

The former Desperate Housewives star said that all cast members are enjoying shooting the new episodes of the 80s cult programme and revealed that his character, Christopher Ewing, has a particularly interesting storyline.

"We've just finished filming the pilot episode and everyone's really excited about it," he told British magazine Closer.

"Lots of the original cast are involved including Larry Hagman and Linda Gray. Plus I'm involved in a steamy love triangle!"

Since leaving hit show Desperate Housewives in 2009, the actor has starred in a number of movies as well as TV shows.

The Dallas reboot is expected to be a success when it returns to TV screens after a twenty year break, with many of the original cast returning to reprise their roles. (C) Cover Media
