Joan Rivers admits that "there is a lot that she hates."

The 79-year-old American comedienne has just released her new book I Hate Everyone, Starting with Me.

Joan despises her obsession with looks.

"Everybody says, Don't look at my thighs,' my breasts are on the ground without a brassiere there is a lot that I hate," she told Extra.

Infamous Nadya "Octomom" Suleman, who had octuplets and is mother to 14 children total, is also a big source of angst for Joan.

"Oh my God, just the size of her uterus scares me. She is like a log ride at Disney[land]," she joked. "The legs open and wet screaming children come out."

Joan is also not fond of screaming children.

"Children on a plane -- I hate them," she explained. "Put them in the overhead. There's air, you can throw a cracker up every now and again."

Joan sniffs something foul with some members of the elderly population.

"They are boring and they smell. Go smell an old man they're damp. You figure it out," she said. (C) Cover Media
