The comedienne is famous for speaking her mind and shes open about how plastic surgery has been an enhancement in the past.

Now Joan has laughed that it has been possible for her to buy younger looks and features as her career - and bulging bank balance - has gone from strength to strength.

With success comes a prettier nose, prettier cheeks, pretty lips and breasts. It's amazing what success does, she told Extra.

The 77-year-old admitted she would back business tycoon Donald Trump if he ran for US president in 2012 and wants everyone else to do the same. Joan thinks Donald is a clever man and he would give the country a massive boost.

"I am voting for him and I'm going to make you vote for him! He's so damn smart and he's a doer," she explained. "You're damn right I'm voting for him." (C) Cover Media
