(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Joe Jonas will put his life into his forthcoming solo album, according to the stars songwriter.
The singer shot to fame in the American pop/rock band Jonas Brothers, alongside his siblings Nick and Kevin, and they became one of the most sought-after groups in the world. With Joe about to release his first solo album away from his brothers, songwriter Claude Kelly confirms he will reveal all to his fans.
The star recently saw his relationship with Twilight actress, Ashley Greene end after the pair dated for eight months. Claude expects the album to document the ups and downs of the relationship.
He hasn't held back at all. He's like, 'I want to talk about this girl or how hot she is or we're breaking up or we're together.' He'll say it, and he'll put his life in the song, which makes the best songs," Claude told MTV.
Claude went on to warn fans to expect a deep album which will cover a whole raft of emotions.
"It's gonna be good, absolutely, and that's the fun part: to let [fans] figure it out and let them listen to it over and over and dissect those parts. So, I was blown away about how together he was on this record and how willing he was to take chances," he continued.
The 21-year-old has already attracted legions of female followers over his short career, but Claude believes his new musical direction will take him to a new audience. Despite firmly remaining in the pop-rock musical genre, Joe has shown signs of being willing to experiment.
"Obviously, he's a sex symbol already, but he's really gonna play into a sex-symbol role and get the girls on his side. He's doing edgier, more urban music. It's edgy, urban pop where he can showcase his voice in a way people haven't heard him before. So, he's singing more edgy things and the music is more mature, but fun still," he confirmed.
