John Travolta is facing another legal battle after a second man made allegations of sexual battery.

The Oscar nominated actor was accused recently of inappropriate behaviour while receiving a massage at the Beverly Hills hotel in January.

But RadarOnline reports that another male masseur claims that while working at a resort in Atlanta, Georgia on January 28 2012, John, 58, made sexual advances towards him.

The second alleged victim claims to have "substantial documentation and numerous witnesses regarding the substance of Travolta's actions," according to the legal paperwork obtained by the site.

The first accuser filed a $2 million lawsuit claiming assault, sexual battery and intentional infliction of emotional distress. Both men are being represented by the same attorney.

"The problem in America is anyone can sue anyone," John's lawyer Marty Singer said. "However, in this case this unidentified plaintiff and his lawyer will regret they filed this fabricated suit. We intend to sue both of them for malicious prosecution."

John has been married to actress wife Kelly Preston for over 20 years. They have two children together; Ella Blue, 12, and 18-month-old son Benjamin. Their eldest son Jett died in 2009.
