John Abraham is back to the industry with full force and the actor has to a build a physique like never before. John says, “This is 30% of what I can be. We wanted to set a benchmark for India as per international standards and in future films you will see me in  better shape.”

For his upcoming film, Nishikanth Kamat’s ‘Force’, John underwent rigorous training, was on a complete protein diet to build six pack abs and a healthy body. John weighed 96 kilos at that time. John says, “Nishikanth told me that you have 8 months to give me an international physique and there were times that I would give up but we finally managed.”

John says that his physique can only be compared to that of international superstar Sylvester Stallone. So get ready to get stunned while watching John’s chiseled body on the silverscreen in Vipul Shah’s ‘Force’.
