South Indian star Kamal Hassan has done Bollywood films at regular intervals but it has been quite some time now that he hasn’t come up with any of his film. And now that his ambitious film "Vishwaroopam" is almost complete he is aiming high for his next "Amar Hain". The film like his other flicks will be made in Tamil and Hindi both and it will be also directed by him where he would play the lead as well.

The film is based on the world of politics and he is extremely excited for it. “It’s a script that I wrote two years ago and put aside because it required great intellectual and financial inputs. I think I am now ready on both counts,” said Kamal. "Amar Hain" is a film that isn’t judgmental about corruption, it looks at contemporary mores dispassionately,” he added.

The work on the film is going on in full swing and Kamal will commence it once he is done with the release of "Vishwaroopam".
