(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Katie Holmes is "very happy" with her divorce settlement, it has been reported.

The actress and estranged husband Tom Cruise confirmed they had reached an agreement yesterday, less than two weeks after their separation was announced.

Although it has been claimed the 33-year-old carefully planned her split from the movie icon, an insider insisted it hasn't been easy for her.

"She won and is happy. Very happy," a source told US Weekly. "She can move on and finally live her life. [She] did this only for her daughter. That was all she cared about."

It has been reported that Katie was concerned about Suri growing up with Tom's Scientology beliefs and initially requested sole custody of the six-year-old girl.

Other sources added that Katie felt she couldn't pursue her career as she wanted.

Now that she is single again, the former Dawson's Creek star is said to be excited to be in control of her life again.
