When Katrina Kaif stepped in the Hindi Film Industry, she was stamped as a glam doll who could hardly act. With her passion and will power, the lady shut the mouths of all her critics with films like ‘Rajneeti’, ‘Mere Brother Ki Dulhan’ and ‘Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara’.

Now, Katrina is all set to get into the action mode, something that she has never done before with Yash Raj Film’s ‘Dhoom 3’. The actress is paired opposite Aamir Khan in the film who plays a gymnast. Both of them together will do some hardcore action stuff in the thriller.

Sources say, “Katrina has never done an action oriented role before and Dhoom 3 will have her do under water sequences and other hard core action stuff as well.” Katrina too is quite excited about her new venture. Currently, she is shooting for YRF’s ‘Ek Tha Tiger’ with Salman Khan and by 2012 will start ‘Dhoom3’. By then, Aamir too is taking time off to prepare for his role.

The film will also have Abhishek Bachchan and Uday Chopra reprise their roles.
