(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Keith Richards has a Moroccan tent backstage at his shows.

The legendary musician is part of British rock back The Rolling Stones, who are renowned for their live performances. The group keeps a close eye on other bands, and asked Primal Scream to play with them in 2003. It was a dream come true for Primal Scream member Gary Mounfield, known as Mani, who couldnt believe how welcoming Keith was.

Did we hang out? Ronnie [Wood] said, Cmon, lets go and see Keith. He took us in Keith Richards backstage Moroccan tent and theres this jukebox blaring out Chuck Berry, a full-sized snooker table and The Pirate King himself. We were just like kids in a toffee shop, man. They were brilliant. Absolutely awesome people, he told Q magazine.

Mani looks back on the time spent with the Rolling Stones fondly. He is still in awe of the older band comprising Keith, Ronnie, Sir Mick Jagger and Charlie Watts and is proud of the relationship they have built.

Cross-pollination is everything. We did four shows with them in Europe and one in Twickenham. They obviously looked to us and thought, These remind us of us when we were their age, he added. (C) Cover Media
