(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Lea Michele says the female stars of Glee gather together to gossip and ban boys from joining in.

The actress plays ambitious high school student Rachel Berry in the award-winning American television show. She shares a close bond with the other members of the cast and is particularly friendly with Dianna Agron, Amber Riley, Heather Morris, Naya Rivera and Jenna Ushkowitz.

In between shooting scenes for the popular musical series, the actresses enjoy getting together and tucking into their favourite snacks as they catch up with what is happening in their lives.

Sometimes all the girls meet in one of the trailers on set, and we have snacks and gossip, she explained to the British edition of Glamour magazine. The boys come and knock on the door and beg to come in, but they cant. Its girls only. We call it The First Wives Club.

Lea was left overwhelmed when the Glee cast were invited to visit the White House last April. The stars of the show performed live at the annual White House Easter Egg Roll, in front of US President Barack Obama and a host of other important people. Lea says she will remember the experience forever and she couldnt help bursting into song when she was shown around the property.

It took me a while to realise how big Glee had become. We were so busy filming our episodes, I dont think any of us saw it coming. We were like, working, working, working: next moment we were invited to the White House, she explained. I had the best time of my life. I picked out this amazing, vintage, long, blue and white striped dress and I remember prancing around on the lawn of the White House singing, The Hills Are Alive. They let us run around like little rascals. It was so much fun. (C) Cover Media
