(Cover) - EN Showbiz - LeAnn Rimes is reportedly getting a new tattoo in honour of her husband Eddie Cibrian.

The newlywed went to an ink parlour in Chicago over the weekend where she was partying at the Lollapalooza event in the city.

She went to the Express Rocks music lounge event at the Hard Rock Hotel where she got the wording sketched on to her skin but did not go through with the tattoo on the day.

Sources have told RadarOnline that she is planning on getting it permanently inked on later this week and wanted to see how it would look first.

The 28-year-old had words drawn on that seemingly mean a lot to her and Eddie.

"You gave me the courage to be truthful. I promise to give you the comfort to be trustful," the inscription read.

The country singer recently moved to the Windy City to be close to her husband, who she married back in April, while he films The Playboy Club which is set in the 1960s.

LeAnn and Eddie met on the set of TV movie Northern Lights in 2008 while they were both still married to other people.

But their romance brought an end to their relationships, and they officially got together soon after.

Eddie came to LeAnn's defence last week and said that his wife is not too thin after reports that she had lost too much weight in recent months. (C) Cover Media
