Lily Allen won't release any new music until she's sure it is "amazing".
The pop star is coming out of retirement but has warned fans not to get too excited just yet. Lily has strict quality control rules that her new music must pass before its release.
"I'm just tinkering away," Lily revealed to NME magazine. "I'm not going to put anything out until I've got an end product which I think is amazing or, you know, good."
The star is currently pregnant and her fans will have to wait for her to give birth before hearing her tunes. Lily hinted her third album contains tracks influenced by her experiences of being a mother.
"I don't think there's going to be anything out in the next few months. But hopefully in the next year," Lily explained. "[Will motherhood be factoring into songs?] Yeah. It definitely will."
