Surveillance video reportedly shows that Lindsay Lohan was "there on the night of the assault."
Marisa Dugas claims that Lindsay physically attacked her at The Standard Hotel in Los Angeles Thursday April 5. Marisa formally filed a police report on the alleged incident the following weekend.
Lindsay has denied that she was anywhere near the club that night, claiming she was at home watching TV.
Radar Online reports that footage has been obtained proving that Lindsay was indeed in attendance the night Marisa was attacked.
"Investigators obtained the surveillance video from the Smoke & Mirrors nightclub at The Standard Hotel and it clearly shows that Lindsay was there on the night of the alleged assault," a source told the website.
"The investigation is still ongoing and follow-up interviews will now be conducted as necessary. Of course, investigators want to interview Lindsay about the incident, but she hasn't been interviewed yet, nor is she under any obligation to do so. Remember, two other witnesses besides the alleged victim filed police reports, including the bouncer of the nightclub."
Lindsay and her legal team contended earlier this month that the star was nowhere in the vicinity the night of the attack.
"Whomever is responsible for this lie will be held accountable for their misguided actions," Lindsay's representatives told Radar Online. "We're going to wait for the Sheriff's Department to release their findings before we comment any further."
