(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Lindsay Lohan has shot a commercial under house arrest.

The troubled actress began her confinement at the end of last month at her California mansion, after turning herself in to the Lynwood Jail. Lindsay, who was convicted of theft after pleading no contest to stealing a $2,500 necklace, was given four months in jail but was eligible for house arrest because of jail overcrowding issues.

It has now been reported that the 24-year-old star has filmed a commercial from inside her luxurious Venice beach house for the internet clothing site Beezid.

Lindsay was reportedly was offered $25,000 to shoot the commercial, but turned it down. The company came back with a better deal, which the star accepted.

Lindsay may be released from house arrest before her birthday on July 2.

According to sources, the star has taken to painting as a way to relax during her time under house arrest. Lindsay has previously been reported as saying that she is looking at her confinement as "a time to relax, focus on her recovery and figure out her new game plan for her life and career."
