In Bollywood no relationship is concrete. Even if it is family, the heat of the demanding industry takes a toll on the personal lives of the stars. And the latest relationship to go through the testing times is that of Mahesh Bhatt and his nephew Emraan Hashmi. 

The two share a very father-son like relationship. Mahesh not only launched Emraan in the industry but also played a key role in making him the brand that he is today. 

But something went wrong between the two recently when Emraan cancelled a schedule for Bhatt Production's 'Mr. X' in which he plays the lead role to promote his next film 'Raja Natwarlal' that is slated to release soon. 

Upset with Emraan's behaviour, Mahesh criticised him on social media. He bluntly stated that it was unjust of Emraan to cancel one commitment for other. He is upset with the fact that he is promoting his next film at the cost of his shoot being cancelled. 

But Emraan has taken the criticism with a pinch of salt. As he considers Mahesh Bhatt as his mentor, he politely responded to his uncle's taunts and complaints. He admitted that he is being selfish in promoting his next instead of shooting for 'Mr. X'.

However, he also claims that his commitment towards the film won't be compromised at any cost and he will make sure he gives his best for the same.
