(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Marc Anthony discussed his shock marriage split from Jennifer Lopez at a concert this weekend.

The pair announced they had gone their separate ways after seven years of marriage on Friday. They have three-year-old twins Max and Emme together, and the news came as a surprise to many as they were thought to be very happy together.

Marc performed at the Smon Bolvar Metropolitan Park in Bogot, Columbia, on Saturday and took the opportunity to refer to his personal problems.

"Rumour has it I'm single now," he said, looking emotional. "That's why I want to dedicate the next to song to you [fans]."

He went on to perform his track No Hay Nadie Como Ella, which means None Like Her.

Marc wore a dark suit and shirt without a tie for the show, and spent time blowing kisses to his adoring crowd. That went down a storm, with admirers screaming and crying out for their idol.

"As usual women were calling his name," concertgoer Rosa Gomez Klee told Life & Style. "And he would respond by calling them all Mamasitas', which means hot mommy, or hot babe."

Rosa also said Marc left out words meaning "I love you Lola" from one song, which he usually crooned in honour of Jennifer.

Confirming their split on Friday, Jennifer, 41, and 42-year-old Marc said: "We have decided to end our marriage. This was a very difficult decision. We have come to an amicable conclusion on all matters. It is a painful time for all involved, and we appreciate the respect of our privacy at this time."

The pair will need to remain on good terms though, as their planned reality television programme Q'Viva! is continuing as planned. (C) Cover Media
