An article penned by Kamal Haasan in a popular English daily, in connection with the 25th year of his cult hit 'Nayagan', has landed him in a soup.
Few comments made by the actor on the film's producer Muktha Srinivasan has hurt the feelings of the latter, following which he has sent a legal notice to Kamal.
"I am deeply hurt by the remarks of Kamal, which are totally unwanted at this point of time", said Srinivasan, adding: "I am going to file a case against Kamal."
Directed by Mani Ratnam, 'Nayagan' had Kamal, Saranya and Janagaraj in the lead roles. Cinematography was by P.C. Sreeram while music was by Ilaiyaraaja.
