Matt LeBlanc is the "laziest person [he] knows".
The actor enjoys playing himself in his hit series Episodes because it involves less work than other roles. The comedy has returned for its second series.
"Honestly, I'm the laziest person I know," he told Radio Times.
"My favourite thing in the world is to do nothing. I don't like to work too hard."
He admits he took the role in Episodes so he could kick back and relax. It earned Matt his first Golden Globe earlier this year despite three previous nominations for his role as Joey Tribbiani in Friends.
"It's perfect for me," he said.
"It's three months a year. And my character, well, I don't really have to work on that."
Matt first rose to fame on Friends. The part still affects the way people respond to him, even though it is eight years after the show came to an end.
"People will come up to me and speak slowly," he confessed, "or ask if I'm OK, because in reality I'm a lot more low-key and subdued."
