(Cover) - EN Star Style - Mel B says creating a shoe for charity was a no-brainer.

The former Spice Girls singer has designed a sparkly pump for ShoeDazzle.com, which was founded by Kim Kardashian. The site has a team of stylists, including Kim, who help pick the perfect shoe based on information the user gives about their style.

Mel decided to jazz up a nude pump by added some rhinestones to it, and is thrilled with the result. It was kind of a no-brainer, she explained. I get to design and help people out.

The proceeds from sales of Mels footwear goes to the Los Angeles Children's Hospital and Ronald McDonald House. The star was keen for the people who are going to benefit from the initiative to get involved with the shoes creation, so she went to the hospital to ask children for ideas.

They wanted to make sure it would go with everything. One of the little boys actually wanted the inside to be soft and comfortable, so we put in extra padding, she explained. (C) Cover Media
