(Cover) - EN Star Style - Hilary Swank loves wearing designer shoes but insists they dont define her personality.

The 36-year-old actress is one of Hollywoods most successful leading ladies, having famously won two Oscars; one for her portrayal of a transgender man in Boys Don't Cry and one for her role as boxer Maggie Fitzgerald in Million Dollar Baby.

The beautiful star is also celebrated for her fashion choices, and always looks elegant on the red carpet.

Hilary admits she does love the glamorous side of her career, and is especially fond of splashing out on expensive shoes by designers such as Christian Louboutin, but she never loses sight of the real reason she sought fame.

I never wanted to be an actor because I wanted to live in a big house or have a fancy car or wear Louboutins, explained the star in an interview with Total Film magazine.

Dont get me wrong, I love wearing them now... but that doesnt make me who I am. I dont need those things to feel complete or like I belong. (C) Cover Media
