The most awaited trailer of 'Thugs Of Hindostan' was officially out and a snapshot from the trailer where Aamir Khan's character Firangi says 'Dhoka Swaabhav hai mera' was gone viral over the internet as a meme material.
Now, Mumbai police used this meme in promoting their ideology as well. Sharing the meme they used a hashtag over the pic #NocityforThugs that included 'Dhoka Swaabhav hai mera' with Aamir's bit on the left and Mumbai Police's Yacht on the right with 'Aur Bharosa Hamara' written over it.
Mumbai police's official twitter handle captioned it, "No place for Thugs in Mumbai #NoCityForThugs." While the two legendary actors loved the message put forward by the Mumbai police and they tweeted an admirable message in their support.
In reply to Mumbai Police's post, Aamir Khan wrote, "Waise, aap ka swabhav to shaqq, din-raat mehnat, aur satarkta hai. Bharosa to hum aap pe karte hain. Respect." While Amitabh Bachchan was full of praises as well and tweeted, "yes indeed .. sahi .. respect for the Mumbai Police."
More importantly, Aamir and Amitabh are set to share screen space for the very first time in the film. Directed by Vijay Krishna Acharya, Thugs of Hindostan also features Katrina Kaif and Fatima Sana Shaikh in leading roles is slated to release on November 8.
