Bharath, who is doing a cameo in Vasanthabalan-directed Aravaan, has said that his role in the movie is so important that it provides the much needed turning point in the script. "The effort I put for this cameo is equal to the hard work that requires for a whole movie," he says.

It was Vasanthabalan who gave Bharath one of the memorable movies in his career- Veyyil. Hence there was no denial from the actor when he was approached by the director for a "guest appearance" in Aravaan, which has Aadhi and Pasupathi in lead roles.

"I did extensive home work for more than a week for Aravaan. I am happy to be part of the movie. And I must say that Vasanthabalan is a director par excellence. Aravaan will elevate him to great heights. He deserves a much bigger place than where he is now,' adds Bharath.

At present, the actor is busy shooting for 555, a film directed by Sasi of Rojakootam and Poo fame. 'It is an intense action thriller which is different from run of the mill kind of scripts,' says Bharath, who is also looking forward for the release of Thiruthani, directed by Perarasu.
