Arivazhagan while speaking about this film said,” After directing the film Eeram which excelled in technology I am now directing a film based on basket ball. Nakulan is donning a special role. He has energetic face. His basket ball player role is tailor made. Now is daily practicing basket ball. I am also going for the practice daily with him. The film is yet to be titled. I am in search of a suitable heroine. . The shooting will commence once the heroine is finalized. This film will give a new experience to Tamil cinema.”
